BiteCraft TX was founded by husband-and-wife team Jason and Stacy Richard. After years in the corporate world, Jason realized the climb no longer lined up with what mattered most.
Through prayer, faith and a shared passion for food, serving others and building community, Jason and Stacy stepped out and started BiteCraft. With Stacy's creativity and partnership, that leap turned into a family-run food truck. One year after that very first pop-up, we're still amazed at the support, the relationships and the opportunities this little business has brought into our lives.
